  • wheat – 7.962 million tons (of which 338 thousand tons in January),
  • barley - 1.163 million tons (89 thousand tons),
  • rye - 1 thousand tons (0),
  • corn - 10.612 million tons (986 thousand tons).

 

In addition, as of January 10, the export of flour from Ukraine decreased compared to the previous season from 71.9 to 60.4 thousand tons, in particular wheat - to 57.4 thousand tons. In January, 1.9 thousand tons of flour were exported, with of them wheat - 1.8 thousand tons.

 

Freight rates remained almost unchanged compared to December due to active demand and stable operation of the Ukrainian Black Sea corridor.

 

As of January 10, the rates for transportation from the port of Chornomorsk were:

  • Spain (Mediterranean) – $39-42/t (30-35 thousand tons);
  • Italy (east coast) - $37-38/t (30-35 thousand tons);
  • Italy (west coast) – $38-39/t (30-35 thousand tons);
  • Portugal - $39-42/t (30-35 thousand tons);
  • China - $62-67/t (60-65 thousand tons).

 

Rates for transportation from the port of Izmail to Constanta (Romania) by barges of 1-3 thousand tons were 22-28 €/t.
