Ukraine compensates farmers for 25% of the cost of agricultural machinery of certain domestic manufacturers

First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Economy Yuliya Svyridenko by her order approved the updated List of domestic machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, upon purchase of which from 44 specified domestic producers, farmers will receive 25% compensation of the cost of purchased machinery, - reports the press service of the Ministry of Economy .

Currently, the List includes 2,289 nomenclature items, including tractors for agriculture and forestry, tillage machinery and equipment, sowing and tillage complexes, seed bunkers and grain storage-transloaders, machines for cleaning, sorting, calibrating seeds, grain and leguminous crops, grain loaders , machines for applying mineral fertilizers, sprayers for chemical protection of agricultural crops, tractor-trailers and dump trailers for transporting grain, etc.

UAH 1 billion has been allocated to the implementation of the program in this year's budget, and it is expected that about 4,000 agricultural producers will be able to use it.

To be included in the List, manufacturers of agricultural machinery must submit an application and relevant documents to the Ministry of Economy. Applications for inclusion in the list of equipment in the current budget period are accepted until October 31.
