The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of agricultural products, the export of which will be licensed in 2024

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by resolution No. 1402 dated 12.27.23 approved the list of agricultural products, the export of which will be subject to licensing in 2024.

According to Appendix No. 4 to the resolution, the specified list includes:

• wheat and a mixture of wheat and rye (meslin) (UKTZED code 1001),
• rye (1002),
• barley (1003),
• oats (1004),
• corn (1005),
• soybeans, whether or not crushed (1201),
• Rapeseed or colza seed, whether or not crushed (1205),
• sunflower seeds, whether or not crushed (1206 00).

In addition, a license will be required when exporting oils:

• soybean oil and its fractions, whether or not refined (1507),
• sunflower, safflower or cottonseed oil and their fractions, refined or unrefined (1512),
• rapeseed or mustard oil and their fractions, whether or not refined (1514).

Licensing will be subject to the export of cake and other solid waste and residues obtained during the extraction of vegetable fats and oils (2306).
