SFGCU funding to farmers on the security of grain

Director of procurement Department at state food D. Ermolenko has informed that the company is launching a new program of purchases of grain crops.

It lies in the fact that the Corporation pays farmers approximately 70% of the cost of production that has double warehouse certificate, at a price that is valid on the branch of the company at the time of calculation.

Within three working days from the moment of signing of the contract of grain the farmer prepares the double warehouse certificate and signs the pledge agreement. The supply of grain must be made within 60 days from the date of signing the contract. The final payment is made at the price valid at the time of settlement, after full delivery of crops and their renewal to the state food.

the Process of buying grain under double warehouse receipts will be held in several stages. First, farmers are turning to the representative of the regional branch of the state food and apply for selling products. Additionally they provide a set of necessary documents, conclude the contract of purchase and sale, preparation of warehouse double kituntu and the pledge agreement. After the certificate of pledge shall be registered in the national register of warehouse documents, the state food pre-payment for grain in the amount of 70% of its value. In the next step, after the producer of its obligations, the grain reissued on Sustanon a certificate of the state food and made full calculation with the seller.
