Domestic stocks of sunflower seed increased by 46% compared with the year 2016

As of March 1, 2017 total stock of seeds on Ukrainian enterprises was 4.76 million tons, which is 46.5% higher than in the same period last year.

Almost 48% of a specified quantity of grain or of 2.29 million tons were at the enterprises storing and processing, even of 2.47 million tonnes stored in warehouses other agricultural enterprises.

the Largest stocks of seeds recorded in Kharkiv, Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions, while in the Carpathians they are almost absent. On that date, the stocks of sunflower in Lviv amounted to 5.6 thousand tons, in the region to 3.7 thousand tons.

According to official statistics, exceeded similar indicators of the previous year is observed in all regions of Ukraine, excluding the Transcarpathian region.
