Scientists have developed a roadmap for the implementation of the land

experts from the National scientific center "Institute of agrarian economy" has developed a road map for the introduction of market of agricultural land in Ukraine.

this was stated by the Director of the Center Yuri Lupenko during a speech at the National AGROFORUM 7 February in Khmelnytskyi. According to him, the road map consists of six stages that a country must spend in order to introduce a civilized market of agricultural land.

"we are Talking about the development model of relations in Zemelny industry that will suit the society and will meet the state interests", - said Yuri Lupenko.

the Following steps should be the creation of a legal framework, necessary infrastructure, inventory of the land Fund.

"Must be solved the issue of filling the state land register, the contradiction in the delimitation of adjacent parcels, boundary disputes, the inaccuracies of the coordinate system and others. Definitely need to develop a mechanism of state regulation of the land market. To this end, our scientists propose mandatory financial support for the purchase of parcels that will not only increase the availability of financial resources, but also increase the liquidity of agricultural land," - said Yuri Lupenko.
