Each participant was familiarized with opportunities and prospects of Ukraine in the development of the legumes sector, new technologies of cultivation and processing of plants. They also discussed trends in the global market of pulses, the existing demand.

 

a Pleasant surprise for participants was the demonstration of the Goodies that were made from beans. Cooks prepared 22 meals, and at the end each participant presented a gift from the organizers of the conference in the form of a kit for preparing culinary dishes of beans and bean recipes.
