In the 1st quarter of 2017 in Ukraine, the volume of oil production grew, and the bread fell

During January-March this year, flour milling enterprises of Ukraine produced more than 250 thousand tons of bread and bakery products - according to the State statistics service. This figure is 8.4% less than results of the similar period of 2016.

the Volume of flour production in this period was 0.6% higher than the first quarter of 2016 and amounted to 475 thousand tons.

At the end of the first quarter of 2017, the production of crude sunflower oil increased compared to the same period last year by 35.7% to 1,448 million tons. Also significantly increased the production of Margarines and edible fats – by 26.8% to 54.7 thousand tons.
