Ukraine permitted to export beef to China

Directoryslash of Ukraine together with the State administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of China (AQSIQ) signed a Protocol of requirements for the conduct of shipments to China, beef frozen, opening the way for the meat of the Ukrainian production on the markets of China.

a Protocol, officially confirming the opening of the Chinese market for domestic beef, was signed at the end of the mission relevant authority of the PRC, which checked the end of April the system of state supervision over food safety in Ukraine, and in particular beef production.

the Ministry of agrarian policy said that last year the trade turnover between Ukraine and China in the field of agricultural products reached more than $ 1 billion. And the opening of the Chinese market for Ukrainian beef will open new opportunities for domestic exporters.

currently, the representatives of Directorului and AQSIQ are working on the harmonisation of phytosanitary and inspection requirements when carrying out export of certain types of domestic agricultural products to China. We are talking about sunflower meal, dairy products, eggs, honey, poultry meat, beet pulp and other agricultural products.
