Ukraine and Russia have summarized the results of the harvesting campaign – 2020

Ukrainian farmers have completed the harvest of grain and leguminous crops. As of 14 December from the area of 24.1 million hectares harvested of 83.8 million tonnes of the major crop species, in particular from 15.3 million hectares collected 65.4 million tons of grain and leguminous crops with the average yield 42.8 q/ha.

According to the Ministry, on a specified date collected:

barley and 7.8 million tonnes from 2.4 million hectares with the yield of 3.26 t/ha,

pea – 516,2 kt with 237,7 thousand ha with the yield of 2.17 t/ha,

corn – 29.8 million tons from 5.3 million hectares with a yield of 5.57 MT/ha,

buckwheat – 106,5 thousand tons of 78.5 thousand ha with the yield of 1.36 t/ha,

millet – 244 thousand tons 150,4 thousand ha with the yield of 1.62 t/ha,

sunflower – 13.1 million tons from 6.4 million hectares with a yield of 2.06 t/ha,

soy – 2.8 million tons from 1.3 million hectares with a yield of 2.06 t/ha,

of rape of 2.6 million tonnes from 1.1 million hectares with a yield of 2.29 t/ha.

• wheat – 25.1 million tonnes with area of 6.6 million hectares with an average yield of 3.83 t/ha,

sunflower and 13.3 million tons from the area of 8.3 million hectares with a yield of 1.6 t/ha,

canola – 2.7 million t from 1.4 million ha with a yield of 1.89 t/ha,

soybeans and 4.4 million tonnes from 2.7 million ha with the productivity of 1,65 t/ha.
