Reuters has updated its forecast for wheat for the EU in the season 2017/18 MG

Reuters predicts an increase in the production and export of wheat by countries of the EU in the 2017/18 season.

the results of the survey were compared with estimates of production of and export wheat in season 2016/17 MG, which were published by the European Commission.

According to the expert survey, compared to last season, the production of wheat will increase from 134,4 to 141 million tonnes, and exports from 24.6 to 26.3 million tons, the Total production of wheat will increase from 143,5 to 149.5 million tonnes, and exports from 26 to 27.9 million tons.
