Perked up VAT refunds to agro-industrial enterprises

the Government announced the VAT amounts that were reimbursed agriculture sector for 2016. The press service of the DFS reports that from January to July, farmers received from the budget of 18.3 billion.

during the first seven months of the current year agricultural enterprises - payers of tax who are on a special tax regime according to article 209 of the Tax code of Ukraine, has declared UAH 4.7 billion. VAT. Of these, 2.6 billion UAH shall be transferred to the state Budget, and UAH 2.1 billion will go to special accounts of enterprises for operations related to the supply of goods or services related to agriculture.

According to the DFS, this year a tendency to increase the amount of the VAT refund, including the agricultural enterprises.

As of August 1, the tax payers, who are exporters of agricultural products 1-24 commodity groups (according to uccfea) for the period January-July 2016 reimbursed by 18.3 billion UAH of VAT, of which:
