The Finance Ministry has launched an electronic register for VAT refund

According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine , starting from 1 April launched an electronic registry for VAT refund.

DFS handles the requests of enterprises and forms the input to the electronic register, claiming their digital signature. Verified information entered into the register.

Within 30 days must be agreed upon the reimbursement amount (in some cases provided by law this must be done within 60 days). The next day after the end of the specified period is automatically refunded.

the Finance Ministry said that the reimbursement is made daily in chronological order, that is, entrepreneurs who first filed application, under the same other conditions first and would receive the funds.

Finance Minister Alexander danyluk on his own page on the social network Facebook said that "previously, 50-60% of corruption in the SFS was due to the opaque mechanism of compensation to entrepreneurs VAT. Outdoor electronic register, which we launched today, to avoid abuse".
