DFS has increased the VAT refund

In September 2016, the Ukrainian enterprises were reimbursed 9,312 billion UAH of VAT, which is 1.5 times higher than in the previous month and is the second-largest amount of compensation since the beginning of this year, according to the State Treasury.

Interestingly, the company kernel-trade, which usually was the leader in the amount of compensation, with a large margin ahead of Kargil. The three leaders entered ADM trading Ukraine.

TOP 10 agricultural companies that received the largest amounts of compensation of the VAT for September 2016, as follows:

• Kargil - 1,147 billion UAH,
• kernel-trade - 893 mil
• ADM trading Ukraine - UAH 354 million,
• Santreyd - 291 thousand UAH,
• Myronivsky plant for manufacturing groats and feeds (structure of MHP) — UAH 179 million,
• Empire foods – 177 mln,
• NIBULON — 176 mln,
• MHP 170 million UAH,
• Louis Dreyfus Commodities – UAH 75 million,
• GLENCORE GRAIN UKRAINE — UAH 67 million.

the compensation of the TOP 10 agricultural companies in September totaled 3,529 billion UAH, while in July it amounted to 1,979 billion UAH, in August – 1,891 billion.

For reference: this year the total amount of VAT refunds to Ukrainian companies were:

• in January of 7.89 billion UAH
• February – 8.07 billion UAH,
• March – 6,26  billion UAH
• April – 7,13 billion UAH,
• may – 6.68 billion UAH
• June 111 million UAH,
• July – UAH 12.1  billion UAH
• August – of 9.31  billion UAH
