The budget Committee did not support the amendment on the VAT refund on exports of oilseeds and cereals

Deputy Minister of economic development and agriculture T. Vysotsky said that during the preparation of the budget-2020 considered the proposal to abolish the VAT refund when exporting grain and technical crops. This year, prices for crops fell by 30%, so the amendment would be immediately reduced prices by 18%, which would cause billions of dollars in losses to producers, as no compensation mechanisms are not provided.

At yesterday's meeting of the budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada these changes concerning the abolition of the VAT refund when exporting grain and technical crops were excluded from the project budget, and the treatment of non-adoption of this rule was sent to the Chairman of BP D. Razumkov.
