The intensification of exports has supported the price of wheat in the United States
Tuesday in the market of winter wheat in the United States observed the growth of quotations caused mainly by speculative motives. Investors covered short positions amid a weakening dollar and strengthening of the markets of oilseeds and grains.
Supported export prices news. Japan plans to purchase for the tender of 68,055 tons of U.S. wheat. USDA inspectors checked to export 31% of wheat more than the previous week. Besides Morocco in the framework of tariff agreements acquired 359,998 thousand tons of wheat of the United States.
March quotes of the American wheat have risen:
- in Chicago by 2.57 $/ton to 159,28 $/tones of soft wheat SRW,
- in Kansas city by 2.66 $/tonne to 166,08 $/tone for hard wheat HRW.
In Minneapolis by 5.51 $/tonne to 208,15 $/ton fell hard wheat HRS.
the Price of European wheat on Euronext rose to 170,75 Euro/ton or 180,33 $/ton.
In Ukraine the driver input prices continues to be a devaluation of the hryvnia, which fell to 27.6 in the interbank market UAH/$. This has led to an increase of UAH prices on the basis of CPT-port, although purchase prices in foreign currency remained unchanged:

- class 3 $159-161 or 5000-5150 UAH/t,
- forage $152-154 or 4800-4900 UAH/t
