To activate exports supported world wheat prices

the Promulgation of the new balance of the world has led to the reduction of the black sea wheat. In the event of further deterioration in the quality of wheat in Kazakhstan in addition to the reduction of the crop, Russia may increase grain imports to Kazakhstan for processing capacity utilization, which will further reduce the export of Russian wheat to foreign markets.

This gave impetus to growth of prices for black sea wheat, and can increase demand from customers who understand that the price of wheat in this season has already reached the minimum.

Prices of Russian wheat protein 12,5% are 185-187 $/t FOB, whereas the demand price does not exceed 182 $/t FOB.

For the week, Russia increased wheat exports to 1 million tonnes, which allowed to reduce the backlog from last year's rate of exports to 12%, as total exports amounted to 9.4 million tons.

Prices of Ukrainian wheat with protein 11.5% of the amount 183-184 $/t FOB coarse – 180-182 $/t FOB. In the new season Ukraine exported 6.5 million tonnes of wheat (including last week 911 thousand t), which is 64% higher than the corresponding figure of 2018.

On the stock exchange in Paris pressured the new report USDA and increased projections of wheat production in the EU. Traders hope for growth of demand due to low prices for European grain compared to black sea wheat, which gradually becomes more expensive.

• December futures milling wheat on MATIF rose by 0.75 €/t to 170,25 €/t or 188,57 $/t

the Algerian Agency OAIC has announced a tender to buy at least 50 thousand tons of milling wheat optional origin for November delivery, the results of which will significantly affect the prices of European wheat, because Algeria is a traditional buyer of French grain.

Chicago investors booked profits on the December futures wheat, which they reached a month high.

the December wheat futures in the U.S. fell:

1.38 $/t to 146,88 $/t for solid winter HRW-wheat in Kansas city

0.64 $/t to 185,74 $/t on a firm spring HRS wheat in Minneapolis.
