at the End of December Komtet on issues of agrarian and land policy recommended the Parliament to adopt in the second reading the law on the land market, and to consider amendments on the restriction of the sale of land to one person to 10 thousand hectares and about opportunities to buy land only to citizens of Ukraine, government, communities or companies, founded by Ukrainians.

Earlier, the speaker of the Parliament D. Razumkov reported that the land market in Ukraine will work at the end of 2020, because the Parliament has yet to pass a number of relevant documents.

the Adviser to the Prime Minister for economic Affairs A. mushak said that the final version of the draft law on land market provides a three-tier limitation amount of land in the same hands, so none of the domestic enterprise or the owner (regardless of the number of founded companies) may not purchase more than 10 thousand hectares of land. The restriction will affect shares of the company's bylaws.
