The agrarian Fund began a program of forward-2018

PJSC "Agrarian Fund" enters the program of forward purchases of grain harvest in 2018, the press service of the company.

the program plans to purchase more than 1 million tonnes of grain, including wheat 700 thousand tons of corn, 200 thousand tons, barley - 50 thousand tons, rye - 30 thousand tons, 10 thousand tons of buckwheat, peas and oats.

Total program cost is estimated at 3.1 billion.

prepaid forward transactions will be carried out based on the following purchase prices:

• wheat 2 CL 4850 UAH/t,
• wheat 3 CR 4600 UAH/t,
• corn 3 CR 4150 UAH/t,
• rye 2 and 3 KL of 3500 UAH/t,
• buckwheat 2 and 3 cells of 10 thousand UAH/ton,
• peas 2 and 3 cells of 6000 UAH/t

to enter into forward transactions, the company plans with large agricultural holdings and small farms. Minimum purchase party should be for corn and wheat not less than 100 tons, barley – 50 tons, rye and peas, 30 tons of buckwheat and oats – 10 tons

the Maximum size of the prepayment will be determined by the system assessment of counterparties, however, will not exceed 65% of the total amount of the contract. Interest rates based on changes of national currency rate will be 15%, excluding changes in the exchange rate will fluctuate in the range of 20-25%.
